In Awards by Andrzej Bania

On Monday 27th May, the eve of Computex 2019, the 5th annual EHA Awards ceremony took place at the W Hotel in Taipei. Over 250 of the technology industry’s most important people were in attendance, not only to hear the winner announced, but also to be first to discover the top-line results from the EHA Pan-European Hardware Purchase Intention Survey 2019/20 – which gives unique insight into the buying intentions of more than 23,000 enthusiasts, early adopters and influencers from across Europe.

The nominations process for the EHA Awards 2019 began in Amsterdam back in January, with nominations being finalised in early April, the finalists being announced on 17th April and voting concluding shortly thereafter. Over 100 of the most experienced editors in the world are involved in the process, which produces a definitive guide to the very best hardware on sale across the region.

Formed 5 years ago, the European Hardware Association comprises HardwareLuxx from Germany, Hardware.Info from the Benelux region, SweClockers representing the Nordic countries, CowCotLand from France, Lab501 from Romania, PurePC from Poland, Geeknetic from Spain, Hardware Upgrade from Italy and KitGuru from the UK.

Together, our editors have published close to 250,000 articles – which means that the EHA is uniquely positioned to judge the vest hardware products on sale and to create innovative, large-scale research campaigns that yield genuine insight into the market.

The consideration, nomination and voting processes are over.

It’s time to announce the winners!
